Refund Policy:

We have a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee for first purchase of our products after at least two weeks of use from the time of shipment. A full refund of the product will be issued back to the same form of payment used; Eabha Organics is not responsible for shipping fees and charges.

Eabha Organics does not accept returns on items whether they are opened or unopened.

To prevent abuse, we limit the use of this guarantee to 3 individual products per any 12 month period for first-time purchase of that item. If you purchase 3 of the same item, the money-back guarantee will cover a refund of one of those items, you may receive a store credit for the remaining items.

Eabha Organics reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Eabha Organics 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Additionally, in some cases you may be required to submit photos of your product and/or its packaging and labeling.
