Ashwaganda

Ashwagandha, also known as Withania Somnifera, is an evergreen shrub native to India and certain parts of Africa. Ashwagandha’s adaptogenic herbal properties have been proven to reduce stress, anxiety, fatigue, and aid in improved sleep and recovery. Studies show that Ashwagandha increases serum levels of testosterone in men, bringing back a natural balance of hormones. In women, this adaptogenic herb can enhance fertility by balancing the LH and FSH hormones that, when in an imbalanced state, often cause hormonal disorders, reproductive issues, and irregular periods. Furthermore, we have selected KSM-66 Ashwagandha because it is the highest form of concentration and potency of this natural root.

Black pepper Fruit Extract

Black Pepper Fruit Extract is the extract from the dried fruit of Piper Nigrum. This natural extract provides the crucial benefit of enhancing the bioavailability of nutrients. What does this mean? Formulating a supplement that contains Black Pepper Fruit Extract enhances the body’s ability to absorb the nutrients found in the supplement’s ingredients. This means that each ingredient has a higher efficacy, so you can experience the maximum benefit from Hormone Support. As a little added bonus, Black Pepper Fruit has the property of enhancing mood, so you can further enjoy our formula!

Cocoa Powder

Cocoa powder, an unsweetened chocolate product, adds a rich chocolate flavor to desserts and beverages. Cocoa powder is made when the fat, or cocoa butter, is removed from the cacao beans during processing. The leftover dried solids are ground into a powder, making cocoa powder!

DIM

Diindolylmethane, also known as DIM, is a compound found abundantly in cruciferous vegetables. Today, our bodies are under constant attack of toxins leaching into the body through commonly used household products. Many of these products contain xenoestrogens, which are essentially “foreign estrogens” that put our body in a state of confusion and wreak havoc on our hormones and immune system. Studies show that compounds found in cruciferous vegetables, such as DIM, are proven to help the body metabolize these xenoestrogens, which helps the fight against many cancers, reduced immunology, infertility, and various diseases. DIM aids men and women’s ability to metabolize estrogen, which further helps “unclogs” our hormone production and optimize men’s testosterone; as well as, restores a healthy balance of estrogen to progesterone ratio in women.

Grass-fed

Grass-fed hydrolyzed bovine peptides collagen is a high-quality protein. Specifically, at Eabha Organics, we utilize Types I & Ill collagen because it supports healthy skin, hair, nails, muscles, tendons, and joints. These types of collagen are also great for gut health, skin elasticity and hydration, and enhanced muscle repair post-workout.

Green Coffee Bean

Green coffee beans are the raw and unfrosted form of coffee beans. Green coffee bean is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that boosts energy and focus, supports long-lasting energy and stamina.

L-citrulline

L-citrulline is a non-essential amino acid our bodies make naturally. L-citrulline boosts nitric oxide production, which protects muscles from inflammation, increases blood flow to the muscle for a better pump during exercise, and improves workout performance. This amino acid is also found in certain foods like watermelon!

L-theanine

L-theanine is a naturally occurring non-protein amino acid. L-theanine relieves stress and when combined with caffeine, supports cognitive performances, increases alertness and focus, balances out the effect of caffeine, and reduces the feeling of jitters and restlessness.

L-Tyrosine

L-Tyrosine is a non-essential amino acid and protein building block. Our bodies produce L-Tyrosine from another amino acid called phenylalanine. L-Tyrosine is an excellent source of energy and endurance, allowing you to work out more intensely and for longer periods.

Magnesium

Magnesium is an essential mineral found in the body that is used for more than 300 biochemical reactions; making it crucial for optimal bodily function. Magnesium not only plays a major role in your immune system and the prevention of chronic diseases, but it is also one of the most essential minerals in balancing hormones. In men, magnesium increases free and total testosterone; meanwhile, in women it is responsible for the healthy balance and production of progesterone, estrogen, and testosterone. We have specifically chosen Magnesium Bisglycinate because it is well absorbed by the body. Unlike many other forms of magnesium that have a laxative effect, Magnesium Bisglycinate combines with the amino acid, Glycine, which connects to neurotransmitters in the brain, producing a calming effect without disturbing your digestive system.

Malic Acid

Malic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid found in certain fruits and wines. As a dietary supplement, malic acid boosts athletic performances and supports post-workout muscle fatigue.

Nu-Flow Nu-Mag

Believe it or not, synthetic fillers are commonly used in many organic and holistic supplement brands! Fillers in supplements are used to help with the manufacturing process and serve to prevent caking and sticking; they’re a necessity for a successful and efficient production line. So how can we do better? We use the trademarked products, Nu-FLOW and Nu-MAG, to prevent caking and provide lubrication. This rice concentrate and rice extract blend are the perfect certified organic and natural alternative to synthetics. Experience peace of mind and enjoy our product that is free from all synthetic fillers!

Stevia

Stevia is a natural sugar substitute derived from the leaves of the Stevia Rebaudiana (Bertoni) plant. This plant is part of the same family as popular garden flowers like asters and chrysanthemums. In South America and Asia, people have been using stevia leaves to sweeten drinks like tea for hundreds of years. Stevia is 100 to 300 times sweeter than table sugar, yet it is free of carbohydrates, calories, and artificial ingredients! Stevia is natural, unlike other sugar substitutes.

Vitamin B

Vitamin B 12, also known as cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin involved in metabolism. As one of eight B vitamins, B12 supports energy, nerve health, and healthy red blood cell production, and, in turn, facilitates the delivery of oxygen to our muscles. Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, is another B vitamin found naturally in many foods. Vitamin B6 improves mood, supports brain health, builds and helps to maintain strong muscles, and promotes red blood cell production.

Zinc

Zinc is the second most abundant trace element in humans and an essential mineral vital to your health, however, the body is not able to make or store it. Because zinc is crucial for immunity, metabolic function, and optimal hormones, it is crucial to ensure that you get proper amounts of zinc daily to avoid deficiency. Zinc plays a huge role in the reproductive system for both men and women. Studies show zinc is essential for producing testosterone and promotes prostate and sexual health; as well as, fertility. For many women with hormone disorders, zinc has been shown to reduce the symptoms associated with imbalanced hormones and helps promote healthy ovulation, has a positive effect on insulin resistance, and eases menstrual cramps. We have chosen Zinc Chelate BisGlycinate because it is easily absorbed in the body.
