Alla Luna Pre-Workout everything you need to know

Alla Luna Pre-Workout: Ingredients, Benefits & What to Know

Alla Luna Pre-Workout was created to be a little different from the typical pre-workout.

Instead of building a formula around an enormous amount of caffeine and a long ingredient list, we wanted to keep things simple. Every ingredient has a purpose, and the amounts are clearly listed so you know exactly what you’re taking.

Whether you’re heading to the gym, getting ready for a workout, or simply want some extra energy and focus during a busy day, Alla Luna was designed to give you a balanced option without unnecessary extras.

Let’s take a closer look at what’s inside and why we formulated it this way.

What Should You Look for in a Pre-Workout?

There are countless pre-workouts on the market, and formulas can vary dramatically.

Some contain large amounts of caffeine, while others include long lists of ingredients that may have little relevance to the goal of the product. Some also use proprietary blends, which can make it difficult to know exactly how much of each ingredient you’re getting.

We believe a good pre-workout should be much simpler.

You should be able to look at the label and understand what you’re taking, why it’s there, and how much you’re getting.

That’s the approach we took when creating Alla Luna.

        What Makes Alla Luna Different?

Alla Luna is built around a straightforward combination of ingredients selected for energy, focus, blood flow, and workout support.

        The formula includes:

        • 6,000 mg L-Citrulline
        • 150 mg caffeine from green coffee
        • 100 mg L-Theanine
        • 500 mg L-Tyrosine
        • 2,000 mg Malic Acid
        • Vitamin B6
        • Vitamin B12

Rather than adding a huge number of ingredients simply to make the label look impressive, we focused on a smaller formula with meaningful amounts.

        Here’s what each ingredient does.

        6,000 mg of L-Citrulline

L-citrulline is one of the most commonly used ingredients in pre-workout formulas, and there’s a good reason for that.

Your body can convert citrulline into arginine, which is involved in nitric oxide production. Nitric oxide helps regulate blood vessel dilation and blood flow.

For people who train, this is one reason citrulline is commonly used to support exercise performance and the feeling of a good workout pump.

We included 6,000 mg of L-citrulline per serving because we wanted it to be a meaningful part of the formula rather than simply a small amount added to the label.

150 mg of Caffeine from Green Coffee

Caffeine is probably the most familiar pre-workout ingredient.

It can increase alertness and help you feel more awake and ready to train. Research also supports its use for improving certain aspects of exercise performance.

But more caffeine isn’t automatically better.

That’s why Alla Luna contains 150 mg of caffeine from green coffee rather than trying to turn the formula into a caffeine bomb.

For many people, that’s enough to provide noticeable stimulation without making caffeine the entire point of the product.

Of course, caffeine sensitivity varies from person to person, so it’s important to consider how much caffeine you’re getting from coffee, energy drinks, and other sources throughout the day.

        100 mg of L-Theanine

L-theanine is an amino acid naturally found in tea.

It’s often paired with caffeine because research has looked at the combination for attention and cognitive performance. The goal isn’t to eliminate every possible effect of caffeine, but to create a more balanced experience.

We included 100 mg of L-theanine alongside the caffeine in Alla Luna as part of that overall approach.

        500 mg of L-Tyrosine

L-tyrosine is an amino acid that your body uses to produce several important compounds, including the precursors to dopamine and norepinephrine.

Research has particularly looked at tyrosine in situations involving stress, demanding cognitive tasks, or other forms of mental strain.

We included 500 mg per serving because focus is an important part of the pre-workout experience. Being physically ready to train is one thing, but being mentally engaged in your workout matters too.

        2,000 mg of Malic Acid

Malic acid is an organic acid naturally found in foods such as apples and other fruits.

It’s involved in the body’s energy-producing pathways, which is one reason it has been included in some sports-nutrition formulas.

The evidence for malic acid as a standalone performance ingredient isn’t as strong as it is for caffeine or citrulline, so we don’t think it makes sense to overstate what it can do.

We included 2,000 mg because it has a specific place in our overall formula and fits the approach we took when developing Alla Luna.

        Vitamin B6 and B12

Alla Luna also contains vitamin B6 and vitamin B12.

Both vitamins are involved in normal energy metabolism and several other important processes throughout the body.

That doesn’t mean taking extra B vitamins suddenly gives you unlimited energy. They’re nutrients your body needs to function normally, not stimulants.

We included them as part of the overall formula rather than using them as a marketing gimmick.

Why We Didn’t Make Alla Luna a Caffeine Bomb

It’s easy to assume that a stronger pre-workout simply means more caffeine.

But that’s not necessarily the case.

More caffeine can also mean more unwanted effects for some people, including restlessness, shakiness, or difficulty sleeping.

We wanted Alla Luna to provide stimulation without making an extremely high caffeine dose the centerpiece of the formula.

That’s why we settled on 150 mg of caffeine and combined it with ingredients that serve different purposes.

The result is a formula designed around more than just stimulation.

What Does “Clean” Mean to Us?

The word “clean” gets used a lot in the supplement industry, so we think it’s important to explain what we mean by it.

For Eabha Organics, clean doesn’t mean that other supplements are automatically unsafe or that an ingredient is bad simply because it’s difficult to pronounce.

It means we’re intentional about what we put into our formulas.

Alla Luna contains no artificial flavors, no added sugar, and no unnecessary colors or fillers just for the sake of making a longer ingredient list.

We’d rather have a straightforward label where every ingredient has a reason for being there.

        Less clutter. More purpose.

That’s what clean means to us.

When Can You Take Alla Luna?

The obvious time to use Alla Luna is before a workout.

Mix one serving with water before training and give the caffeine enough time to take effect before you begin exercising.

But you don’t have to be a competitive athlete to appreciate what a pre-workout can offer.

Some people simply enjoy having a pre-workout before an afternoon workout when they want some extra energy and focus. Others may prefer it earlier in the day instead of another cup of coffee.

The important thing to remember is that Alla Luna contains caffeine.

If you take it too late in the day, it may interfere with sleep, particularly if you’re sensitive to caffeine. And if you already consume coffee, tea, energy drinks, or other caffeinated products, remember to consider your total daily intake.

        Who Is Alla Luna For?

Alla Luna was created for people who want a straightforward pre-workout without an unnecessarily complicated formula.

It can be a good fit if you want:

        • A meaningful dose of L-citrulline
        • Moderate caffeine rather than an extremely high dose
        • Ingredients for both energy and focus
        • Clearly disclosed amounts
        • A simple formula without unnecessary extras
        • A pre-workout that doesn’t rely entirely on stimulation

It’s also perfectly okay if you don’t use pre-workout at all.

You don’t need a supplement to have a good workout. Training consistently, eating well, recovering, and getting enough sleep will always matter more.

Alla Luna is simply designed to be a useful addition to that foundation.

        Why We Created Alla Luna

When we developed Alla Luna, we didn’t want to create the strongest pre-workout on the market.

We wanted to create one that made sense.

That meant using a meaningful amount of L-citrulline, keeping caffeine moderate, including ingredients that support the overall goal of the formula, and being transparent about what’s actually inside.

It’s a simple idea, but it’s one we think the supplement industry could use more of.

You shouldn’t need to wonder what’s hidden behind a proprietary blend or whether an ingredient was included simply to make the label look impressive.

You should know what’s in your supplement and why it’s there.

        The Bottom Line

Alla Luna Pre-Workout is built around a simple philosophy: use fewer ingredients, give them a purpose, and disclose exactly what’s inside.

With 6,000 mg of L-citrulline, 150 mg of caffeine from green coffee, 100 mg of L-theanine, 500 mg of L-tyrosine, 2,000 mg of malic acid, and vitamins B6 and B12, the formula is designed to support energy, focus, blood flow, and workout performance.

It’s not about having the biggest stimulant hit or the longest ingredient list.

It’s about creating a pre-workout that makes sense.

        Less hype. More substance.
